Our Bush Tucker Cookbook is a collaboration of the children, families, Management Committee, and staff of The Point Preschool—Our Place, located in Dharawal Country (Oyster Bay, NSW, Australia).
This cookbook, over 90 pages, is full of native Australian recipes, information about the indigenous ingredients and how to grow your own. We were also gifted with Aunty Barb Sims-Keeley’s childhood memories and unique bush tucker recipes.
